Must-have

3-5 years digitalization experience
Experience with ERP/MES/SCM systems
Process mapping and workflow design skills
Cross-functional team collaboration

Biotech or pharmaceutical industry background
Low-code/no-code platform development
Power BI, SQL, Python, VBA proficiency
AI and automation integration experience
Key Requirements
