This role serves as the driving force bringing utility-scale solar projects from concept to reality while ensuring precision and technical excellence.
The position requires managing complex project lifecycles ranging from 1 to 500+ MW, including coordination with EPCs, consultants, and O&M contractors.

Base: $130,000 - $195,000; Bonus/Equity: Equity included; Benefits: 100% health premiums covered, 6% 401k match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6-8 years utility-scale solar experience
Manage 1-500+ MW solar projects
Navigate AHJ permitting and entitlements
Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams
Proficient in SmartSheet project management tools
Nice-to-have
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Experience working at developer or IPP
Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment
Strong communication with non-technical personnel
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
6-8 years managing utility-scale renewable energy projects
Deep understanding of solar construction processes and EPC contracts
