Job Summary
Develop and implement a modern training and trainee portfolio, manage all programs end-to-end, and serve as the central point of contact for training partners, universities, and vocational schools.
Develop and implement a site strategy for vocational training, dual study programs, internships, and trainee programs, and holistically manage operational training (technical and commercial) including recruitment, planning, support, performance evaluation, and transfer processes.
