Salary

Base: $180,000 - $225,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Equity grant subject to Board approval; Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and learning stipend

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years Python C++ Java experience
  • Hands-on Robotics and Physical AI experience
  • Strong engineering background in CS or Mechatronics
  • Expertise in VLMs VLAs World Models
  • Ability to design demos and pilots

Nice-to-have

  • Prior sales or solutions engineering experience
  • Experience selling complex enterprise solutions
  • Track record of achieving quota
  • Intellectual curiosity and empathy
  • High degree of autonomy

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Engineering degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Regular Bay Area travel required
  • International travel approximately once every two months
