• The Value Stream Manager II ensures customer satisfaction by leading a cross-functional team to execute the Annual Operating Plan for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Growth.
• The role requires developing and mentoring team members to build a highly skilled, motivated, and customer-focused workforce while managing strategic planning including budgeting and capital planning.
