Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to current federal, state, and local standards.
You will be required to develop work assignments, delegate administrative authority to Charge Nurses, and ensure sufficient numbers of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available for every shift.
This role involves participating in the development of written policies, assisting with facility surveys by government agencies, and maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all residents.

Key Requirements
Current unencumbered active RN license
Nursing degree from accredited college
2 years or more long-term care experience
Training in rehabilitative restorative nursing practices
Current CPR certification
English language proficiency required
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
