Job Summary
Independently deliver measurement analyses assessing the effectiveness of omnichannel customer engagement across various channels, applying machine learning to identify patterns.
Support the design and execution of AI-informed test-and-learn strategies, including A/B tests and lift studies, to evaluate new engagement strategies.
Partner with US Commercial stakeholders and various teams to contribute to AI-enabled measurement solution design and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
