  • The cook must maintain the kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner and prepare tasteful meals including special diets accurately.
  • The role involves supervising dietary staff during the supervisor's absence and assisting with meal service while reporting resident care concerns to management.
