Job Summary

  • This role will ensure the DAM ecosystem delivers measurable business value by overseeing process mapping, implementation, ongoing operations, and optimization across markets.
  • Serving as the central connection point across marketing, medical, regulatory, IT, and external partners, the DAM Operations Lead will translate a pre-defined strategic vision into executional reality.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00.

  • Demonstrated success managing business/product teams or offshore service teams
  • Deep knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, rights management, content lifecycle management
  • Experienced leader managing cross-functional and global teams
