  • The role requires building the capability of Sales Promoters & Shop boys, ensuring operational alignment for business growth, and maintaining stock levels while addressing customer concerns.
  • Key responsibilities include forecasting business, planning stock supplies, implementing renovations, executing TOT, and driving accountability with merchandizers to increase HUL visibility and generate demand.
