Job Summary

  • Lead the BMS Hardware engineering team, with accountability for technical execution, staffing, organizational health, and long-term capability development.
  • Own the hardware architecture, design, and technical direction for BMS products, including sensing, processing, power, isolation, and interfaces to battery packs and systems.
  • Caterpillar's Electrification & Energy Solutions (E&ES) Division will focus on delivering advanced electrified power train, zero-emissions products/technologies, and the solutions and services associated with these technologies.
