  • Implement Target Operating Model, business development, and financial and non-financial resource allocation, providing strategic insight and thought leadership.
  • Support Treasury stakeholders in managing people and processes, driving business development by providing strategic insights and thought leadership, developing new products, managing operational business costs, and partnering with IT to prioritize and implement infrastructure needs.

Key Requirements

  • COO/ Finance/ Middle Office / Risk and Control experience
  • Direct Business Manager experience preferred
  • Understanding of Treasury/Markets asset class business
  • Familiarity with financial products (securities, money markets, IRS, FX)
  • Familiarity with trading/risk management systems
  • Familiarity with financial regulatory landscape (MiFID, Dodd-Frank, Volcker, EMIR etc)
  • Experience in delivering strategic business initiatives & control objectives
