Job Summary

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assist the Registered Nurse in delivering quality nursing services, and provide health related training to unlicensed personnel.
• Administer medications and treatments, collect health related data, observe for and report any abnormal health related findings to the physician, and communicate with physicians, pharmacies, medical suppliers, and the Interdisciplinary Team.

• Graduation from accredited licensed nurse program
• Current nursing license with no restrictions
• Current CPR Certification or eligibility
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Ability to regularly lift 20 pounds
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
• Ability to pull a minimum of 25 pounds
• Ability to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop
