This role owns the vision, strategy, and execution of Lloyds Banking Group's corporate website as a living, AI-enabled platform.
The Digital Lead is accountable for ensuring the website is authoritative, discoverable, trusted, and future-ready across human and machine audiences.
Candidates will lead a multidisciplinary team while operating with high autonomy to shape investment proposals and drive AI adoption across the content lifecycle.

Salary
Base: £78,098 - £91,880; Bonus/Equity: Annual performance-related bonus mentioned; Benefits: Up to 15% pension contribution, share schemes, 30 days holiday
