The Head of Customer Growth is responsible for driving profitable customer growth across Value Cards and Personal Installment Loans portfolios, delivering on new customer acquisition targets.
This role will establish new fee-based revenue streams through decline monetization and collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Risk teams to monitor performance and scale acquisition volumes.
Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies, launching new product positioning, and leading comprehensive test-and-learn agendas to inform decisions.
