  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience
  • At least two full-cycle implementations of ServiceNow HRSD
  • Implementing COEs, Lifecycle Events, employee Onboarding/Offboarding
  • Translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Technology or a related field
