Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Lead SAP EAM implementations end-to-end
  • Expertise in S/4HANA asset management
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology
  • Lead functional team through project lifecycle
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 55000 standards

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of IPSECA work management model
  • Familiarity with SAP cloud solutions like ASPM
  • Experience with ancillary technologies like GIS
  • Background in asset intensive industries
  • Strong business development and RFP skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred
  • At least 2 successful end-to-end SAP EAM go-lives
  • SAP certification highly preferred
  • Experience leading functional consultant teams
  • Solid understanding of HR, MM, FI/CO integrations
