Develop and deliver world-class enablement programs that equip our Professional Services team with the deep product knowledge, technical skills, and consulting capabilities needed to accelerate time-to-value and drive revenue realization for Stripe's users.
Collaborate with a globally distributed team across multiple time zones and serve as the crucial bridge between Product, GTM Enablement, Partners, and Professional Services leadership, ensuring all teams are aligned on enablement priorities and product readiness.
Identify skill and knowledge gaps, then partner cross-functionally to build innovative enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in satisfaction, productivity, and revenue generation.
