Plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure that construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Monitor project schedule, manpower, materials, and progress. Resolve technical problems and site issues. Supervise workers to ensure they perform their tasks properly and safely Prepare site reports, progress updates, and other necessary documentation. Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations. Prepare bar-bending schedules if required.
