Job Summary

• Deliver and serve guests their food and beverage in an efficient and courteous manner, interacting with guests to assure satisfaction and providing personal service with attention to detail.
• Answers phones, greets guests, accurately records orders in Point of Sale, and possesses a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu.
• Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, work and service areas, and completing duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

• Ability to skillfully carry three entrée plates
• Ability to lift and transport 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts
