Job Summary
You will join the Protein Diagnostics division to provide expert technical support and innovative solutions to clients across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and England.
The role involves demonstrating product capabilities, configuring IT solutions including Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and ensuring optimal client usage through training and software updates.
This position requires significant travel covering the Paris region, Normandy, Northern France, and international locations while collaborating closely with Sales, Scientific, and Marketing teams.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master in Biology Immunology or Biochemistry
Significant experience in laboratory analysis
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to travel up to 50-70 percent
Valid driver's license and passport required
Professional English proficiency mandatory
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of networking middleware and ASTM HL7
Experience with ISO regulatory requirements
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work autonomously in multicultural teams
