Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Licensed to practice as RN in NC or NLC state
  • Pass Healthcare Provider CPR requirements
  • Complete Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training
  • Valid Driver License required
  • Good standing with NC Health Care Personnel Registry

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with complex behavioral challenges
  • Ability to work rotating weekends
  • Flexible shift availability including 12-hour shifts
  • Willingness to serve as charge nurse

Key Requirements
