  • The Analog/RF design engineer will be responsible for the design and verification of analog and RF/mm-wave circuits in integrated SiGe/CMOS RF/mixed signal Systems-on-Chip products.
  • Diverse design opportunities from DC to 60 GHz are available, including mm-wave amplifiers, LNAs, power amplifiers, mixers, switches, attenuators, VGAs, vector modulators, and VCOs.
