Job Summary

• Design best-in-class digital learning, creating interactive modules, animations, scenario-based activities, video explainers and structured webinars that meet accessibility and quality standards.
• Build blended pathways by advising on the right mix of digital, virtual, face-to-face and self-led formats to meet learning needs and operational priorities.
• Partner with SMEs and operations to capture knowledge, align content to service requirements and keep materials current with process and system changes.
