You will direct and lead the sales team, manage sales activities, tendering, negotiations, marketing, and promotional functions to meet company objectives.
You will strengthen relationships with external stakeholders and work cross-functionally to ensure efficient internal processes and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Degree holder or equivalent
Minimum 10 years HVAC sales experience
At least 3 years managerial experience
Deep knowledge of Taiwan service market
Good command of English and Chinese
Experience in HVAC product/service sales and execution
