• The position requires creating factory models using process flows, value stream maps, and CAD drawings to visualize manufacturing processes and key metrics.
• Candidates will apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to eliminate constraints and meet cost, quality, and on-time delivery goals.

Key Requirements

• STEM degree with 8 years of relevant experience or MS with 6 years
• U.S. citizenship required for Secret security clearance eligibility
• Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance
• Industrial Engineering degree preferred
• Active existing security clearance required after day 1
