The Commercial Experience Tower focuses on customer transaction processes, aiming for standardized, smooth, and efficient operations, providing insight and analysis on debtors management and credit risk.
This role drives On Time In Full (OTIF) and TAG results through excellent business partnering with customers and internal teams, managing order fulfilment, and resolving queries proactively.
