Job Summary
The Associate Director, Value Stream Leader is responsible for managing other managers, supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
Collaborates with multiple departments to coordinate the compliance of Supply Chain Manufacturing project plans, procedures, and rules of engagement with the Company’s safety, quality, and federal and state regulatory standards.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 90.400 EUR to 156.975 EUR, with additional benefits including annual bonus, vacation days, parental leave, and well-being reimbursement.
