  • The Associate Director, Value Stream Leader is responsible for managing other managers, supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
  • Collaborates with multiple departments to coordinate the compliance of Supply Chain Manufacturing project plans, procedures, and rules of engagement with the Company’s safety, quality, and federal and state regulatory standards.
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is 90.400 EUR to 156.975 EUR, with additional benefits including annual bonus, vacation days, parental leave, and well-being reimbursement.

Key Requirements

  • BS in engineering or business, MBA or MS preferred
  • Minimum 8 years related work experience
  • at least 3 years of leadership experience

  • Knowledge of lean, six sigma, kaizen
