Carl Zeiss Pty Ltd is seeking a Process Owner for IT Asset & Configuration Management, responsible for defining, managing, and continuously improving the Configuration Management Process and IT Asset Management Process within the corporate IT framework. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience, a strong understanding of ITIL practices, and excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both German and English
Job Summary
Define, manage, and continuously improve the Configuration Management (CM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes within the Group IT.
Ensure the integrity of all Configuration Items (CIs) and IT assets throughout their entire lifecycle and coordinate with relevant ITIL processes.
Analyze KPIs, derive improvement measures, and support tool enhancements in the CMDB/ITAM environment.
