Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents before administering treatments, recording information, reporting changes in resident condition, and assisting residents with daily functions.
The role requires assisting residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting them into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, and lifts.
