Job Summary
This leadership role focuses on establishing AI-based drug discovery collaborations and partnerships through Internal Medicines’ AI-Driven Cardiometabolic Drug Discovery Institute.
The role will partner with IM leadership to implement a strategic vision of building a collaborative ecosystem where AI and bench scientists work side-by-side to co-create value for patients.
This position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
