Job Summary

  • The Demand Planner is responsible for evaluating demands from internal customers, preparing comprehensive demand plans, maintaining appropriate forecast plan, facilitating intern forecast discussions, conducting monthly demand business reviews, implementing managing data integrity processes, developing and reviewing performance metrics, coordinating the analysis of monthly demand, resolving gaps between financial and statistical forecasts, recommending outsourcing if demand exceeds capacity, and producing and reviewing monthly reports.
  • Lead IBP Process within the market (Baseline review, Demand Review, and Supply Review forums), develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned products and markets, utilizing statistical forecasting tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
