Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager is fully accountable for the stability, service quality, and end-to-end maintenance of Singapore Government IT projects.
This role requires leading major incident resolution from detection to closure while producing structured reports for external customers.
The incumbent must ensure smooth transitions between project teams and production operations by validating release readiness and enforcing operational acceptance criteria.
