Ensures all Associates understand and use safe work practices and completes safety observations of the facility.
Determines daily workload, monitors inventory, evaluates staffing needs, and reassigns Associates to meet demand.
Works with Operations Supervisors to set associates up for success, achieves or exceeds key performance indicators, safety, performance and budget targets.

Key Requirements
