  • Ensures all Associates understand and use safe work practices and completes safety observations of the facility.
  • Determines daily workload, monitors inventory, evaluates staffing needs, and reassigns Associates to meet demand.
  • Works with Operations Supervisors to set associates up for success, achieves or exceeds key performance indicators, safety, performance and budget targets.
