Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Experience working with participants with disabilities
  • Ability to work with youth with and without disabilities
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One year of recreational activity experience
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with moderate to severe disabilities preferred
  • College coursework in special education or psychology
  • Positive communication skills with caregivers
  • Adaptability to physically stimulating environments
