The role is responsible for developing and implementing a Practice Based Research and Innovation strategy that integrates Quality Improvement Research into clinical care at Scarborough Health Network.
This position serves as a resource and mentor for clinicians to improve research productivity, including increases in publications, grant writing, and career development.
