Job Summary

• Supervise and coordinate the technical team, including subcontractors, managing time sheets, expense control, difficulty reports, and activity tracking.
• Provide technical advice and support to the team, clients, and specifiers via phone, email, or in person, and coordinate with construction managers for technical needs.
• Manage personnel under your charge, ensuring compliance with HR policies and technical training, including performance management, annual training, and excellent service techniques.
