Job Summary

• The overall purpose of the job is to complete preventive nursing, health education, and residents’ life care with the help of the chief nurse and other nurses, ensuring their physical and mental health, and comfortable life.
• Conduct group or individual rehabilitation training and recreational activities in accordance with the plan and requirements of the multidisciplinary team, to maintain their independent activities and ensure the safety of the residents and their living environment.
• Nursing Aids must strictly comply with the group's professional ethics, respect the privacy and dignity of the resident, ensure their safety and comfort, and keep strict confidentiality of their relevant information.
