Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction investigations.
Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
Maintains price lists in Oracle, resolves billing and collections issues with Finance, and supports customer requests for quotes and product pricing.
