Job Summary
The main function of this role is to act as the technical lead for product development projects through the design life cycle from concept to commercialization as defined by Lake Region procedures.
Responsibilities include managing and leading product development activities with respect to product design & development, product and project costing, meeting agreed timelines, and risk mitigation.
Provide coaching/guidance to less experienced team members and effectively represent the company when interacting with customers.

Key Requirements
