Job Summary
Through our Youth Opportunity (YO) Centers, MOED offers internship programs providing young adults between the ages of 18 and 24 with valuable hands-on experience, educational & professional development, and mentorship opportunities in both public and private sector organizations throughout Baltimore City.
The program’s goal is to help participants build career readiness skills, gain work experience, and prepare for long-term employment and/or continued education to ensure their success.
Youth Interns will support daily operations within their assigned academic, business, or community service organization as per the program’s design.

Salary
$15.00 - $28.80 Hourly; Starting Pay: $15.00 Hourly; Benefits: Medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, optional life, AD&D, and FSA plans, wellness programs, support groups, and workshops.

Key Requirements
Baltimore City resident between the ages of 18 and 24
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
Strong interest in developing personal, professional and career skills
Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn
