Job Summary

• The Technical Field Advisor is the on-site technical specialist supporting the installation and commissioning of hydroelectric power projects, ensuring mechanical and overall works meet design, technical standards, quality requirements, and health and safety regulations.
• This role is crucial to ensure that site works are completed safely, at the required quality standards, on time and within budget, by preparing, directing, and controlling different phases of field operations.
• Responsibilities include ensuring EHS compliance, leading and directing labour teams, monitoring critical installation processes like turbine and generator alignment, and acting as the site technical point of contact for various stakeholders.
