Truist Bank is seeking a Senior Data Risk Controls Oversight Manager for their Conformance Testing team. The role involves managing a team responsible for data testing and reporting, with a focus on improving data management and compliance across the organization
Job Summary
Responsible for managing a team of Conformance testers and the Conformance testing program, including overseeing test planning, development, methodology, implementation, execution, and results reporting.
Partner and collaborate with businesses across the enterprise, with key stakeholders including Finance and Technology Business Unit Risk teams (1LOD) and Enterprise Data Risk Oversight (EDRO) (2LOD).
Provide a strong effective challenge and oversight to the enterprise data testing program conducted by the 1LOD and/or enterprise data control testing utility.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
15+ years financial services/banking experience
10+ years data management/controls testing experience
Strong data risk and controls analytical skills
Subject matter expertise in control design effectiveness
Experience operating independently and navigating ambiguity
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives
