  • Continuously improve system throughput and capital/infrastructure ROI through code-hardware co-tuning and performance profiling
  • Deeply optimize network stack, CPU cache, memory management, lock-free concurrency, etc
  • ; regularly organize latency war-rooms and post-mortem reviews
