Ridgecrestpa is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for supervising daily nursing activities in a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar setting, a current nursing license, and strong leadership and communication skills

Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
  • Participate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling in-service training classes that provide instructions on “how to do the job,” and ensure a well-educated nursing service department.
  • Ensure that all nursing service personnel comply with established departmental policies and procedures.
