The Community Outreach Specialist serves as the face of AbriCare in the field, developing referral partnerships and educating communities on in-home care services.
This role focuses on expanding access to personal care services by building relationships with hospitals, social workers, AAAs, VA centers, and faith communities across Kansas City.
