Job Summary

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and cash flows in accordance with Division goals, and coordinate with municipalities and other government agencies from entitlement to final acceptance.
• Solicit, analyze, and award land trade bids and contracts, and manage development trade contracts, development schedules, and project accounting including paying invoices.
