• Bachelor's degree with 2 years’ experience (Design Engineer)
• 0 years’ experience with Master’s degree (Design Engineer)
• 4 additional years experience in lieu of degree (Design Engineer)
• Bachelors degree with 5 years' experience (Principal Design Engineer)
• 3 Years with Masters (Principal Design Engineer)
• 1 Year with PhD (Principal Design Engineer)
• DoD active Secret clearance
• Ability to obtain SAP clearance
