Job Summary

• The HSE Manager & RSPP is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and systems for the HQ site, ensuring compliance with current regulations and international best practices.
• Key responsibilities include acting as RSPP, managing all necessary documentation for safety and environmental obligations, identifying and evaluating risks (DVR), and overseeing environmental permits, accident management, and training plans.
• The role requires managing ISO 14001 and 45001 systems, collaborating with the competent doctor for health surveillance, participating in internal and supplier audits, and organizing emergency evacuation drills.
