Must-have
cGMP and OSHA regulatory compliance
Operation of reaction vessels and crystallizers
Manual operation of panel boards and HMI displays
Detailed batch record documentation and reporting
Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures
Wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
Nice-to-have
Previous GMP manufacturing experience preferred
Basic troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions
Participation in Kaizen and cost savings teams
Effective verbal and written communication skills
